Placing an Order
When you add an item to your cart, the cart will open for you to checkout or you can continue shopping. If you click Checkout, you will be brought to the One Step Checkout where you can remove an item, change quantities and apply any discount/promotional codes.
Checkout
Once you have filled up the cart, and are ready to checkout, there are three simple steps to complete to acquire your shoe:
Step 1
This takes you to the Customer Information page, where you can login if you’re already registered, or you can give us your information, and we’ll have it saved for the next time.Â
Step 2
The next step is for selecting Shipping Options, shipping is free for all orders within India. International shipping varies.
Step 3
The last step needs you add payment information and confirm order for us to know you want your shoe.
Payment
We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, credit cards and COD. If you don’t use any of these options, please contact our customer service on 011-41161211 0r 9717164499.
Order Information
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Order Changes
If you would like to change your order, please contact us on info@dmodot.com or 011-41161211 0r 9717164499 as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will most likely be able to help you. However, there isn’t a lot we can do if it has been dispatched, but we will try our best.
Return Policy (Please read the return and exchange policy in detail)
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with its original packing.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted and processed for refund.

Shipping
We process orders as soon as they are received, typically somewhere between 1-5 business days for products in stock. The shipping timelines are mentioned on every product page for a better understanding. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch accordingly.
The shipping is free only for India at the moment. For foreign shipment, please get in touch with on info@dmodot.com and we will arrange it at cost.Â

Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days of placing the order for products in stock. Made to order products take additional 5 working days.
Shipping to metros takes 3-5 business days, and all other cities are within 5-7 business days of processing. For expedited shipping please reach out to us on info@dmodot.com, we will arrange the same at an additional cost of Rs. 280.
